How are the vases made?
ICONIC HOME vases are made using modern 3D printing technology. Each vase is printed layer by layer in a process that takes several hours.
This method allows the vases to have their exceptional and delicate structure while remaining very lightweight.
For the material used — a bioplastic made from corn starch — we have paid particular attention to sustainability and quality.
What material are the vases made from?
ICONIC HOME 3D-printed vases are made from polylactic acid (PLA), often referred to simply as a “bioplastic.” PLA consists of lactic acid molecules that are created during the fermentation of corn starch or sugar cane.
Although PLA does not grow naturally and is therefore synthetically produced, it is biodegradable due to its ingredients and offers a more sustainable and environmentally friendly alternative to petroleum-based plastics while providing similar properties.
How are the 3D printed vases cleaned?
ICONIC HOME vases must not be cleaned in the dishwasher. However, they can be gently washed with lukewarm water.
For dry dusting, a lint-free duster or an unused makeup brush can also be used.
The transparent inner insert or the glass insert of the fragrance vases can be cleaned in the dishwasher at temperatures up to 65 °C.
Can I fill the vases with water?
The 3D-printed vases themselves are not waterproof due to their manufacturing process. Water would leak through the vase to the outside. However, a vase would not truly be a vase if it could not hold water for a fresh bouquet of wildflowers or a beautiful lily, which is why we offer special waterproof inserts.
Each vase comes with one of these inserts included free of charge. It is already placed inside the vase upon delivery. The insert is cylindrical and can be filled with water. Due to its slim shape, it has slightly less capacity than the vase itself. Please remember to insert it before using water in the vase.
If the vase is only used with dried flowers, you naturally do not need the insert, although you can still leave it inside the vase. If you remove it, we recommend keeping it in a safe place.
Why are high temperatures not good for the vases?
If the vase is exposed to high temperatures, for example direct sunlight behind a window, the material may lose stability and the vase could warp.
A series of tests carried out over several weeks showed that this can happen, although it does not occur in every case.
Nevertheless, we would like to explicitly point out that the vases may deform at temperatures above 40 degrees Celsius.
Can the vases be used outdoors?
For a celebration on the terrace or in the garden, or as decoration on a party table, the vases can also be used outdoors for short periods of time.
However, they should not be used outdoors permanently. Even during shorter outdoor use, care should be taken to avoid strong direct sunlight.
Are the 3D-printed vases compostable or recyclable?
Yes, basically they are. The vases are biodegradable and can be composted in an industrial composting facility under controlled conditions using microorganisms. This means that even though they are compostable, they should not simply be disposed of in a home compost heap.
Ideally, however, it will never come to that, as we hope you will enjoy your vase for a long time. If you are nevertheless considering disposal, please feel free to contact us.
What shapes are the vases available in?
For a creative selection, ICONIC HOME vases are available in five different elegant shapes, inspired by classic vase designs that have been reinterpreted in a modern way for the 3D manufacturing process. Each shape is also produced in three sizes.
The two models SPHERE, a classic spherical vase, and PURE, a bottle-shaped vase, are also available in two smaller sizes in the categories of fragrance vases and sets.
What size is a vase?
The exact dimensions can be found on the respective product page.
The vase sizes are coordinated so that all vases within the same size category have a similar height. Depending on the model, the actual height may vary by a few centimeters.
Size guide:
Large vases: 32 - 38 cm in height
Medium vases: 26 - 32 cm in height
Small vases: 20 - 24 cm in height
The fragrance diffuser/table vase sets are also available in two smaller sizes:
15 cm - 17.5 cm in height
The vases are also designed so they can be perfectly combined in different sizes, for example as a set of three.

What size are the inner inserts and openings of the fragrance diffusers and table sets?
Glass tube - Fragrance diffuser:
Pure 15 cm: 15 cm high, 2.4 cm diameter
Pure 17.5 cm: 17.4 cm high, 2.9 cm diameter
Sphere 15 cm: 15 cm high, 2.4 cm diameter
Sphere 17.5 cm: 17.4 cm high, 2.9 cm diameter

The openings of the Sphere fragrance diffusers in 20 cm, 26 cm and 32 cm are generally larger than the diameter of the glass tube. In these models, the glass tube is inserted into the opening using an additional insert included with delivery.
What is the capacity of the vases?
Due to their different shapes and sizes, the vases do not all have identical capacities. However, anyone wishing to fill the vases with water should use the included cylindrical insert, which can be placed inside the neck of the vase.
How much does a vase weigh?
Thanks to the manufacturing process and the “bioplastic” used, the vases have the advantage of being lighter and also more shatter-resistant compared to ceramic or glass vases.
Large vases: 750 g - 1250 g
Medium vases: 450 g - 620 g
Small vases: 180 g - 325 g
What colors are available?
The vases are available in more than 12 carefully selected colors. The shades range from subtle to bold, and from light to dark.
You can either choose your favorite trend color or combine multiple vases and colors together. The vase colors have been carefully selected to complement each other perfectly.

What does a room fragrance set consist of?
A Room fragrance set is composed of:
- Duft-Vase
- Glasröhrchen in der Vase
- Passende schwarze Duftstäbchen
- Raumduft "Signature" (Menge nach Wahl)
The SPHERE 20 cm, 26 cm and 32 cm fragrance vases come with an additional insert for fresh water and a matching insert for the glass tube.
How can the fragrance be described?
The included “Signature” fragrance is vegan and cruelty-free.
Its ingredients include high-quality fragrance oils, water and ethanol.
The scent can be described as pleasantly vanilla-like, woody and exotic.
It was created in Germany by experienced perfumers and is ICONIC HOME’s signature favorite fragrance.

How does the principle work?
The principle of the fragrance diffusers is similar to that of a reed diffuser.
The fragrance oil is poured into the glass insert of the diffuser, and the reed sticks are placed into the oil where they absorb it. Through evaporation, the sticks release the fragrance into the air according to the principle of diffusion.
The intensity of the fragrance can be adjusted by the number of reed sticks used: the more sticks you use, the more intense the fragrance becomes, and vice versa.
We recommend filling the glass tube to two-thirds with the included fragrance or another room fragrance and using 5 reed sticks.
How do the fragrance diffusers differ from the other vases?
Two models from the regular vase collection are also available as fragrance diffusers: SPHERE and PURE.
However, the fragrance diffuser versions differ from the standard vases:
- The diffusers feature a glass insert specially designed for the fragrance oil.
- The package includes fragrance oil and reed sticks.
The fragrance diffusers come standard with a black vegan leather strap, while the regular vases feature a lighter-colored strap. If desired, the strap color can also be changed on the product page.
The PURE diffuser is available in two sizes, both smaller than the regular flower vases.
The SPHERE diffuser, on the other hand, is available in five sizes: two smaller sizes and three sizes corresponding to the regular SPHERE models.

Please note when placing your order that the size of the diffuser is independent of the selected amount of room fragrance. Choosing a larger fragrance quantity does not automatically result in a larger diffuser.
What colors are the fragrance diffusers available in?
The fragrance diffusers are available in 13 beautiful colors, just like the large vases from the collection. Each diffuser can be viewed and selected in the desired color directly on the product page.

What needs to be considered?
The fragrance vases are smaller versions of the SPHERE and PURE vase models. The same instructions apply to the fragrance vases as to the other 3D printed vases:
- Die Vase sollte nicht in der Nähe von Wärmequellen oder in direktem Sonnenlicht stehen.
- Die Vase selbst ist nicht wasserdicht, Raumduft oder Wasser sollten also nur in den Glaseinsatz eingefüllt werden.
- Die Vase gehört nicht in die Spülmaschine und sollte nicht mit heißem Wasser gereinigt werden.
At the Fragrance oil it must be ensured that it does not come into contact with eyes, skin or sensitive surfaces and is not placed in the direct vicinity of heat sources. It should not be stored or positioned within the reach of children.
The fragrance oil should only be poured in when the Glass insert in the vase is located.

With one exception, all vases are also available individually in the store. Only for the smaller table vases PURE and SPHERE are available exclusively in a set of 3 in the category Sets.
I would like a different combination
The vase sets are only suggestions for combinations. In principle, however, each vase can also be ordered individually. Decorative sets can of course also be combined in terms of color, shape and size put together as you wish become.
Only for the smaller table vases, this is not the case. If you have any special requests, please contact our customer service.
How do I place my order?
Once you have found your favorite vases in the store, you can select both the Number of vases as well as the desired color choose.
For fragrance vases, you can also choose the amount of fragrance supplied and the strap color
Add the desired vase in the desired color, size or room fragrance quantity to the shopping cart with one click. From there you can go to the checkout or continue shopping.
What payment methods are available?
You can currently choose the uncomplicated and secure payment by PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express) or alternatively place your order via on account (via Klarna).
Where can I find the invoice?
We send an invoice as a PDF file by email.
For payment methods that include payment before shipping, you will be redirected from the shopping cart to the corresponding payment service provider. When paying by invoice, you will also be contacted by Klarna.
Can I view the status of my order?
You can easily check the status of your order in your customer account view.
We will also send you an order confirmation when we have received your order. As soon as the order has been dispatched, we will also send you an email with a link to track your shipment.
Can I change my order at a later date?
You can still change your order before it has been dispatched by us. Just send us an email or give us a call. Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the delivery address when paying by invoice.
How can I order a voucher?
Select on the product page (hier finden) the desired amount, add the voucher to your shopping cart and follow the steps in the checkout.
Discount codes cannot be used for the purchase of a voucher.
After receipt of payment, the voucher will be sent to you directly by email. You can print out the voucher immediately as a practical last-minute gift.
How can I redeem a voucher?
A Voucher can be redeemed within a period of 3 years from the date of purchase. After this period, the credit expires. A voucher cannot be redeemed for the purchase of further gift vouchers.
Vouchers can be redeemed at checkout. You can access the "Redeem discount code" field in the checkout area. In the mobile view via smartphone, you must first expand this area under "Order overview".

If the value of the gift voucher exceeds the amount of the order, please select "Prepayment" as the payment method. The remaining balance will be retained. It will be credited to the voucher code and can be used for further purchases until the end of the validity period.
If the invoice total exceeds the value of the voucher, the amount of the voucher will be deducted from the total amount after entering the code. You can pay the remaining amount using one of the available payment methods.

How can I redeem a discount code?
A Discount code is valid for the duration of the discount promotion. Redeeming works in the same way as a normal voucher code.
Discount codes can be redeemed at checkout. There you will find the "Discount code" field. Enter the code there and it will be automatically deducted from the invoice amount.
Discount codes cannot be combined with each other. Cash payment is not possible.

We ship our vases from Germany to all EU countries, United Kingdom and Switzerland:

What are the shipping costs?
For orders over 49 Euro, shipping within Germany is free of charge. Below this order value, the shipping costs are 4.90 euros.
In other EU countries, the shipping costs are 9.95 euros or 14.95 euros, depending on the country.
How are the vases shipped?
The vases are securely packed in a sturdy cardboard box and shipped with DHL GoGreen.
We use environmentally friendly materials and avoid the use of plastic.
Shipping to a packing station is possible.
In addition to the Name, also the Postal number (to be found in the DHL customer account), the Packstation number, the city and the postal code must be provided in the address field.
Can I change the delivery address at a later date?
The delivery address can still be changed before we have sent the parcel. To do this, please write an email to our customer service or give us a call. Unfortunately, the change is not possible when paying by invoice
Do you also ship to Switzerland? What do you have to consider?
We also ship to Switzerland. Shipping costs are €9.95. Free shipping to Switzerland on orders of CHF 180 or more.
When ordering to Switzerland, please select Switzerland as your country in the language/location selector (in the top-right menu). You will then see Swiss prices before checkout.
There are no additional customs, import, or clearance fees.

The order has not arrived
After shipping the vase we will send you a link to the shipment tracking. In most cases this will shed light on the matter, but unfortunately in some cases it ends up in the spam folder. Just to be on the safe side, have a look there.
But of course you can always send us an email or give us a call if the delivery has not arrived. We will then work with you to search for your item and take the necessary steps in the event of loss.
The delivery arrived damaged
What’s important is to document everything with photos, including any possible damage to the packaging. Then contact our Customer service. We are happy to take care of it!
I have received the wrong delivery
In any case, please get in touch with our Customer service. We will then arrange everything else for the exchange or a subsequent delivery.
Returning or exchanging a vase
You can of course return the vase if you change your mind
The vase should bewell packed, sufficiently stamped , and returned to us in its original condition. Please contact our customer service in advance to notify us of the return or let us know whether you would like an exchange or refund.
Even if there is something to complain about and you therefore want to return something, we will of course be happy to help. Please also contact us in advance.
How long do I have to return the goods?
As part of a 30-day right of withdrawal the vase can be returned to us in its original condition with sufficient postage.
I lost the waterproof insert/scent insert
That's no problem. Get in touch with our customer service, we can find you the right separate insert even without a vase. Please tell us your order number and which vase it is.
I have a different problem

I am ordering as a company from another EU country. What do I need to bear in mind?
If you order as a company located in the European Union, no VAT is charged on orders outside Germany.
To do this, enter your correct VAT ID (sales tax identification number) on the checkout page.
Please note that you must enter your country and your company name in the same form beforehand so that the automatic verification of your VAT ID works.
You will then not be charged VAT, as this is an intra-Community delivery.
