We select our retail partners with care. Every enquiry is reviewed personally, and we decide on each potential partnership individually. Retail access is granted only following a successful review and our express confirmation.

The vases are made at our own production facility in Germany. Their distinctive surface is created layer by layer through 3D printing with bio-based PLA.

Which businesses are eligible to become retail partners?

We work with selected bricks-and-mortar retail partners. These include concept stores, interior and fashion retailers, specialist florists with a premium home and gift range, as well as shops in upscale and luxury hotels.

What matters to us is a carefully curated range, premium product presentation and an environment that reflects the design ethos of ICONIC HOME. We personally review every enquiry and decide individually on each potential partnership.

How does the process of becoming a retail partner work?

Tell us about your store using the enquiry form. A link to your website or business Instagram profile helps us get a sense of your range and product presentation. Following our personal review, we will let you know whether a partnership is possible. Retail access is activated exclusively following our confirmation.

When will I receive the wholesale price list and retail terms?

Once your enquiry has been approved, you will receive our wholesale price list together with further information about ordering, delivery and working with us.

Does submitting an enquiry commit me to placing an order?

No. Your enquiry is non-binding and does not entail any obligation to place an order. Once you have received our terms, you can take your time to decide whether you would like to add our collection to your range.

Can I become a retail partner if my business also operates an online shop?

Operating an additional online shop does not, in principle, prevent you from applying. However, our retail partnership relates to the sale of ICONIC HOME products in your physical retail store. Resale of our products through online shops or marketplaces is not included within the scope of this partnership.

What sales support does ICONIC HOME provide?

We support you with retail catalogues, product information, POS materials and a guide for your sales team. Our team is also personally available to assist you with questions about the collection, product presentation or reorders.

Is there a minimum order value or minimum quantity?

The minimum wholesale order value is €150 net. You are free to select products from across our range. There are no minimum quantities per item and no fixed case packs. This allows you to combine different models, colours and sizes to suit your store.

How quickly will my order be dispatched?

We generally dispatch orders within 1 to 3 business days of receipt. If an item is unavailable, dispatch may take longer or the relevant item may be sent separately at a later date. The subsequent transit time depends on the delivery destination.
