        How are the vases made?
To produce the ICONIC HOME vases, the modern 3D printing technology applied. Each vase is printed layer by layer in a process lasting several hours.
This process makes it possible to create the unusual and filigree structure of the vases while keeping them very light.
We have paid particular attention to sustainability and quality in the material used - an organic plastic made from corn starch.
What material are the vases made of?
The 3D vases from ICONIC HOME consist of Polylactide (PLA for short), which is also known colloquially as polylactic acid and is often referred to as "Bio-plastic" is called. PLA is made up of lactic acid molecules that are produced during the fermentation of corn starch or sugar cane.
Although PLA does not grow on trees or bushes and is therefore produced synthetically, it is biodegradable due to its ingredients and therefore represents a sustainable and more environmentally friendly alternative to petroleum-based plastic with similar properties.
How are the 3D printed vases cleaned?
The Vases from ICONIC HOME must not be cleaned in the dishwasher. However, they can be gently washed with lukewarm water.
A lint-free feather duster or an unused make-up brush can also be used for dry dusting.
The transparent inner insert resp the glass insert of the fragrance vases can be cleaned in the dishwasher up to 65° C.
Can I fill the vases with water?
Due to their manufacturing process, the 3D printed vases themselves are not waterproof. Water would leak out through the vase. But since a vase wouldn't be a real vase if you couldn't offer a fresh bouquet of meadow flowers or a beautiful lily a place for water in it, our special waterproof inserts. Each vase comes with such an insert supplied free of charge.
The insert is cylindrical and can be filled with water. Due to its narrow shape, it only has slightly less filling volume than the actual vase. So remember to insert the insert before using the vase with water.
If the vase is only to be filled with dried flowers, you don't need it - but you should of course keep it.
Why are high temperatures not good for the vases?
If the vase is exposed to excessively high temperatures (z.B. in direct sunlight behind a window), the material can lose stability, causing the vase to warp. A series of tests carried out over several weeks came to the conclusion that the deformation can happen, but does not happen in every case.
Nevertheless, we would like to expressly point out that there is a possibility that the vases from a temperature of 40 degrees can be deformed.
Can the vases be used outdoors?
For a celebration on the terrace or in the garden or as decoration on the party table, the vases can be used for a short time also outdoors .
However, they should not be used outdoors permanently. Even for shorter periods of outdoor use, it is important to ensure that the vases are not exposed to strong sunlight.
Are the vases from the 3D printer compostable or recyclable?
Yes, basically yes. The vases are biodegradable and can be composted in an industrial composting plant in a controlled environment using microorganisms. This means that although the vases are compostable, you should not simply throw them on the compost heap at home.
Ideally, however, it won't come to that, as you will hopefully be able to enjoy your vase for a long time to come! If you are still thinking about disposing of it, please get in touch with us.
What shapes do the vases have?
For a creative selection, the ICONIC HOME vases are available in five different elegant shapesWhich are based on classic vase shapes that have been given a modern twist for the 3D production process. Each shape is also in three sizes manufactured.
The two models SPHERE (classic ball vase) and PURE (bottle vase) are also available in two smaller sizes in the category fragrance vases and in the Sets section.
How big is a vase?
The exact dimensions can be on the respective product page can be viewed.
The sizes of the vases are coordinated so that all vases are similar in height in each size (small, medium, large). Depending on the model, however, the actual height varies by a few centimeters.
The sizes here for orientation:
Large vases: 32 - 38 cm height Medium vases: 26 - 32 cm height Small vases: 20 - 24 cm height
The fragrance vases/table vase sets are available in two smaller sizes:
15 cm - 17.5 cm height
The vases are also designed so that they can be perfectly combined with each other in different sizes, z.B. as a set of three.

What size are the inner inserts/openings of the fragrance vases and placemats?

The openings of the Sphere 20 cm, 26 cm and 32 cm fragrance vases are always larger than the diameter of the glass tube. The glass tube is inserted into the opening using an additional insert supplied. 
What capacity do the vases have?
The vases themselves do not have identical volumes due to their different shapes and sizes. However, if you want to fill the vases with water, you should use the supplied cylindrical insert anyway, which can be inserted into the neck of the vase.
How much does a vase weigh?
Due to the manufacturing process and the "bio-plastic" used, the vases have the advantage over ceramic vases or glass vases that they are lighter and also more shatterproof are.
Large vases: 750 g - 1250 g
Medium vases: 450 g - 620 g
Small vases: 180 g - 325 g
What colors are available?
The vases are available in selected 10 colors. The shades range from subtle to strong, from light to dark.
You can either choose from the trend colors one Favorite color, but you can also choose several vases and Combine colors with each other. The colors of the vases are chosen so that they match each other perfectly.

What does a room fragrance set consist of?
A Room fragrance set is composed of:
- Duft-Vase
 - Glasröhrchen in der Vase

 - Raumduft "Signature" (Menge nach Wahl)
 
The SPHERE 20 cm, 26 cm and 32 cm fragrance vases come with an additional insert for fresh water and a matching insert for the glass tube.
How can the fragrance be described?
The "Signature" fragrance supplied is cruelty-free and vegan.
The ingredients are high-quality fragrance oils, water and ethanol.
The fragrance can be described as pleasantly vanilla, woody and exotic.
It was created by made by experienced perfumers in Germany and is our favorite ICONIC HOME fragrance.

How does the principle work?
The principle of the fragrance vases corresponds to that of a Room fragrance diffusers with fragrance sticks.
The fragrance oil is filled into the glass insert of the fragrance vase, the fragrance sticks are placed in the fragrance oil and then absorb it. Through evaporation (according to the principle of diffusion), they release the fragrance on contact with the air.
The Intensity of the fragrance can be controlled by the quantity of fragrance sticks - the more sticks used, the more intense the fragrance and vice versa.
We recommend filling the glass tube 2/3 full with the supplied fragrance or another room fragrance and adding 5 fragrance sticks.
How do fragrance vases differ from other vases?
Two models from the normal vase series are also available as fragrance vases. These are the SPHERE and PURE models.
However, the fragrance vase variants differ from the normal vases:

 - Im Lieferumfang befinden sich Duftöl und Duftstäbchen.
 
The fragrance vases have a standard black vegan leather strap, while the normal vases have a lighter ribbon. If you wish, you can also change the color of the ribbon on the product page of the fragrance vases.
The PURE fragrance vase is available in two sizes smaller than the normal flower vases.
The SPHERE fragrance vase, on the other hand, is available in five sizes two sizes are available that are smaller than the normal flower vases. As well as three sizes that correspond to those of the normal SPHERE models.
How big are the fragrance vases?
The PURE fragrance vase is available in two sizes:

Please note when ordering, that the size of the vase is independent of the amount of room fragrance selected. A larger quantity of room fragrance does not automatically make the vase larger.
What colors are the fragrance vases available in?
The fragrance vases are available in 10 beautiful colors as well as the large vases in the collection. Each vase can be viewed and selected in the desired color on the product page.
What needs to be considered?
The fragrance vases are smaller versions of the SPHERE and PURE vase models. The same instructions apply to the fragrance vases as to the other 3D printed vases:
- Die Vase sollte nicht in der Nähe von Wärmequellen oder in direktem Sonnenlicht stehen.
 - Die Vase selbst ist nicht wasserdicht, Raumduft oder Wasser sollten also nur in den Glaseinsatz eingefüllt werden.
 - Die Vase gehört nicht in die Spülmaschine und sollte nicht mit heißem Wasser gereinigt werden.
 
At the Fragrance oil it must be ensured that it does not come into contact with eyes, skin or sensitive surfaces and is not placed in the direct vicinity of heat sources. It should not be stored or positioned within the reach of children.
The fragrance oil should only be poured in when the Glass insert in the vase is located.

What is special about the vase sets?
With our vase sets we offer the most popular vase combinations from our store in a hand-picked preselection
With one exception, all vases are also available individually in the store. Only for the smaller table vases PURE and SPHERE are available exclusively in a set of 3 in the category Sets.
I would like a different combination
The vase sets are only suggestions for combinations. In principle, however, each vase can also be ordered individually. Decorative sets can of course also be combined in terms of color, shape and size put together as you wish become.
Only for the smaller table vases, this is not the case. If you have any special requests, please contact our customer service.
How do I place my order?
Once you have found your favorite vases in the store, you can select both the Number of vases as well as the desired color choose.
For fragrance vases, you can also choose the amount of fragrance supplied and the strap color
Add the desired vase in the desired color, size or room fragrance quantity to the shopping cart with one click. From there you can go to the checkout or continue shopping.
What payment methods are available?
You can currently choose the uncomplicated and secure payment by PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express) or alternatively place your order via on account (via Klarna).
Where can I find the invoice?
We send an invoice as a PDF file by email.
For payment methods that include payment before shipping, you will be redirected from the shopping cart to the corresponding payment service provider. When paying by invoice, you will also be contacted by Klarna.
Can I view the status of my order?
You can easily check the status of your order in your customer account view.
We will also send you an order confirmation when we have received your order. As soon as the order has been dispatched, we will also send you an email with a link to track your shipment.
Can I change my order at a later date?
You can still change your order before it has been dispatched by us. Just send us an email or give us a call. Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the delivery address when paying by invoice.
How can I order a voucher?
Select on the product page (hier finden) the desired amount, add the voucher to your shopping cart and follow the steps in the checkout.
Discount codes cannot be used for the purchase of a voucher.
After receipt of payment, the voucher will be sent to you directly by email. You can print out the voucher immediately as a practical last-minute gift.
How can I redeem a voucher?
A Voucher can be redeemed within a period of 3 years from the date of purchase. After this period, the credit expires. A voucher cannot be redeemed for the purchase of further gift vouchers.
Vouchers can be redeemed at checkout. You can access the "Redeem discount code" field in the checkout area. In the mobile view via smartphone, you must first expand this area under "Order overview".
You can also redeem several gift vouchers in succession when placing your order
If the value of the gift voucher exceeds the amount of the order, please select "Prepayment" as the payment method. The remaining balance will be retained. It will be credited to the voucher code and can be used for further purchases until the end of the validity period.
If the invoice total exceeds the value of the voucher, the amount of the voucher will be deducted from the total amount after entering the code. You can pay the remaining amount using one of the available payment methods.

How can I redeem a discount code?
A Discount code is valid for the duration of the discount promotion. Redeeming works in the same way as a normal voucher code.
Discount codes can be redeemed at checkout. There you will find the "Discount code" field. Enter the code there and it will be automatically deducted from the invoice amount.
Discount codes cannot be combined with each other. Cash payment is not possible.

We ship our vases from Germany to all EU countries and switzerland:  
 Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus, Switzerland 
 If you have any questions about shipping to another country, please contact our customer service team. We will then check the request individually.  
What are the shipping costs?
For orders over 49 Euro, shipping within Germany is free of charge. Below this order value, the shipping costs are 4.90 euros.
In other EU countries, the shipping costs are 9.95 euros or 14.95 euros, depending on the country.
How are the vases shipped?
The vases are securely packed in a sturdy cardboard box and shipped with DHL GoGreen. 
 We use environmentally friendly materials and avoid the use of plastic.
                                                    
Shipping to a packing station is possible. 
 In addition to the Name, also the Postal number (to be found in the DHL customer account), the Packstation number, the city and the postal code must be provided in the address field.
Can I change the delivery address at a later date?
The delivery address can still be changed before we have sent the parcel. To do this, please write an email to our customer service or give us a call. Unfortunately, the change is not possible when paying by invoice
Do you also ship to Switzerland? What do you have to consider?
We also ship to Switzerland. The shipping costs there are 9.95 euros. From an order value of 150 € we deliver free shipping to Switzerland.
Please note the following for customers from Switzerland:
German VAT of 19% does not apply to orders to Switzerland.
Customers from Switzerland will receive an invoice from DHL for the customs clearance fee and Swiss VAT of 8.1%.

As a customer from Switzerland, you can order a vase set worth €230 from us.
German VAT is not applicable at the checkout.
You pay us:

The order has not arrived
After shipping the vase we will send you a link to the shipment tracking. In most cases this will shed light on the matter, but unfortunately in some cases it ends up in the spam folder. Just to be on the safe side, have a look there.
But of course you can always send us an email or give us a call if the delivery has not arrived. We will then work with you to search for your item and take the necessary steps in the event of loss.
The delivery arrived damaged
What’s important is to document everything with photos, including any possible damage to the packaging. Then contact our Customer service. We are happy to take care of it!
I have received the wrong delivery
In any case, please get in touch with our Customer service. We will then arrange everything else for the exchange or a subsequent delivery.
Returning or exchanging a vase
You can of course return the vase if you change your mind
The vase should bewell packed, sufficiently stamped , and returned to us in its original condition. Please contact our customer service in advance to notify us of the return or let us know whether you would like an exchange or refund.
Even if there is something to complain about and you therefore want to return something, we will of course be happy to help. Please also contact us in advance.
How long do I have to return the goods?
As part of a 30-day right of withdrawal the vase can be returned to us in its original condition with sufficient postage.
I lost the waterproof insert/scent insert
That's no problem. Get in touch with our customer service, we can find you the right separate insert even without a vase. Please tell us your order number and which vase it is.
I have a different problem

If you order as a company located in the European Union, no VAT is charged on orders outside Germany.
